The website presents Gib-Stay's short-let property management services in Gibraltar and lets owners request a free, no-obligation estimate.
2. Estimates
Estimates and revenue figures are indicative projections based on market trends. They are not a guarantee of income and not a binding offer. Final terms depend on a property visit and a signed management agreement.
3. Management services and fees
Management services are governed by the individual agreement signed with each owner. Our commission is calculated on net revenue, after OTA (booking platform) commissions are deducted. Cleaning fees are paid separately by guests.
4. Guest bookings
Guest bookings are made through third-party platforms or our external booking engine, each subject to its own terms and cancellation policy.
5. Your use of the website
You agree to provide accurate information in our forms and not to misuse the website or send spam.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, logo and design belong to Gib-Stay. Third-party photos are used under their licences as credited in the footer.
7. Liability
We take care to keep information accurate but provide the website "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction.
