• Estimate requests: name, email, phone number, property address and property details.
• Contact form and chat messages: name, email, phone number and the content of your message.
• Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) needed to run and secure the website.

3. Why we use it

• To prepare your free estimate and reply to your enquiries (steps prior to a contract).
• To manage our relationship with property owners once a management agreement is in place.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (website hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or where required by law.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are kept for up to 24 months. Data relating to owners under contract is kept for the duration of the agreement and as required by tax and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@gib-stay.com. You may also complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (Information Commissioner).
